How do I order a cake?
Choose a design, select the available size and flavour, add your personalisation and delivery details, then proceed to checkout. Designs marked “WhatsApp us for enquiries” are confirmed directly with our team.
How much notice do you need?
Orders placed from Thursday at 1:00 AM until Sunday at 12:30 PM require at least 72 hours’ notice. Orders placed from Sunday at 12:31 PM until Thursday at 12:59 AM require at least 24 hours’ notice. The website only displays delivery slots that meet the applicable notice period.
Can I customise a design?
Yes. You can add a name, age, board message and special instructions when ordering. If you want a major design change, send the cake link and your request to our team on WhatsApp before paying.
Can you create a cake from my own picture?
Yes. Use the Build Your Own Cake page to upload your reference picture. The online result is an initial AI-assisted quote. Complex, shaped or highly detailed designs may be referred to our team for confirmation.
Are characters and acrylic toppers included?
The characters shown in the selected design and an acrylic topper, where present, are included in the displayed price. Extra 3D characters beyond the included allowance cost AED 50 each. Printed or flat toppers are not counted as 3D characters.
Are all tiers edible?
Not always. Some multi-tier designs use decorative dummy tiers. The exact edible and decorative tier arrangement is shown beside each available serving size before checkout.
How much is delivery?
Standard delivery is AED 50. Your available delivery date and hourly time window are selected while ordering.
Is VAT included?
The website calculates the applicable 5% VAT and shows the full estimated total before checkout.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. Because every cake is made to order, changes and cancellations depend on whether production has already started. Our team will confirm what is still possible.
What about allergies?
Our products are prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens, including gluten, eggs, milk and nuts. Contact our team before ordering if you or your guests have an allergy or dietary restriction.
