Cakes & Cookies – Delivery Policy

Cakes & Cookies provides delivery within supported areas in the United Arab Emirates. Delivery availability and applicable charges are shown during the ordering process or confirmed with the customer where applicable.

Delivery Date and Time

Customers must select their preferred delivery date and available delivery time when placing an order.

We make every reasonable effort to deliver within the selected delivery window. Exact arrival times cannot always be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, building access and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including any relevant apartment, villa, office, building or access information.

Please ensure that the recipient is available to receive the order and that the telephone number supplied with the order is reachable.

If delivery cannot be completed because the address is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, access is restricted, or we cannot reach the customer or recipient, additional delivery charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.

Receiving Your Order

Cakes and other delicate products should be inspected upon receipt where reasonably possible.

Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted, Cakes & Cookies cannot be responsible for damage resulting from subsequent transportation, handling, storage or exposure to unsuitable temperatures.

For any issue with the condition of an order upon delivery, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs so we can investigate.
