By placing an order through the Cakes & Cookies website, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Orders

All orders are subject to availability and acceptance. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all order information, including product selection, size, flavour, personalisation, delivery date, delivery time and delivery address, is correct before completing checkout.

We reserve the right to contact customers if additional information or clarification is required to complete an order.

Custom Cakes

Our cakes are handmade. Designs based on photographs, illustrations or previous cakes may therefore have reasonable variations in colour, proportions, positioning and decorative details.

Where a design cannot reasonably be produced exactly as requested, we may contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives.

Pricing and Payment

Prices displayed on our website are shown in UAE Dirhams (AED). Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed where relevant during the ordering process.

An order is not considered confirmed until the required payment has been successfully received or otherwise confirmed by Cakes & Cookies.

Availability

Certain designs, ingredients, decorations or materials may occasionally become unavailable. Where necessary, Cakes & Cookies may contact the customer to agree on an appropriate substitution or alternative.

Delivery

Customers must provide complete and accurate delivery information and ensure that someone is available to receive the order at the agreed location and time.

Delivery times are scheduled as accurately as possible; however, delays may occasionally occur due to traffic, weather, building access, accidents or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Food Allergies

Our products are prepared in an environment where common allergens, including nuts, peanuts, dairy, eggs, gluten and other allergens, may be handled. We therefore cannot guarantee that any product is completely free from traces of allergens.

Customers with allergies or specific dietary requirements should contact us before placing an order.

Intellectual Property

Website content, photographs, branding and original materials belonging to Cakes & Cookies may not be commercially reproduced or used without permission.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability where doing so would be prohibited under applicable UAE law.

Changes

Cakes & Cookies may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the relevant time will apply to website orders, subject to applicable law.
