All products, descriptions, images, and prices listed on our website are subject to change without notice. Prices displayed include VAT unless otherwise stated. Any additional delivery or service charges will be clearly specified during checkout. We reserve the right to correct typographical or pricing errors even after an order has been placed. Images are illustrative and may differ slightly in appearance due to display variations.
When you place an order, it constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason, including product availability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. You will receive an order confirmation email, but this does not guarantee acceptance. The order is confirmed only once a shipping or delivery confirmation is issued. We may request additional verification to ensure authenticity and prevent fraudulent activity.
All payments must be made in full at the time of placing the order unless otherwise agreed. We accept online payment through secure third-party gateways and do not store your payment details. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully authorized.
Delivery timelines vary depending on product type, customization, and destination. Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only. You are responsible for ensuring accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect details. Once dispatched, the risk of loss transfers to you, although we will assist with tracking or resolving issues where possible.
Many of our products are personalized or made-to-order. Once production has begun, such items cannot be canceled or refunded. You are responsible for reviewing design proofs and confirming all details before approval. Errors confirmed during your approval process are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
We reserve the right to cancel an order due to unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is canceled after payment, a full refund will be issued via the original payment method. Customers may cancel their orders before production. Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellation requests will not be accepted.
Due to the nature of our products, including perishable and customized items, all sales are final. Refunds or replacements are only provided in cases of damaged or defective items upon delivery, or incorrect items delivered due to our error. Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery, accompanied by photographic evidence.
Cakes & Cookies shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable UAE law.
All website content, product designs, logos, and images remain the intellectual property of Cakes & Cookies. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without written consent.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall first be resolved amicably. If unresolved, the matter shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai Courts.
